The Academy is not built for women who have it all figured out. It's built for women who are eager to grow. Because discipleship happens best in community, we ask each applicant to provide the name of a pastor, elder, ministry leader, or mature Christian who knows them well and can speak to their character, faithfulness, and commitment to spiritual growth.
