Dear husband,

Your wife has applied to The Bold Movement Academy, and before she begins, we wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves. An eighteen-month commitment affects more than a calendar. It touches family rhythms, schedules, conversations, and priorities. Because of that, we believe it is important for the people closest to our students to understand what they are stepping into and why it matters.

We also believe that husbands play an important role in the lives and spiritual growth of their families. While your wife is the one participating in the Academy, we want you to know that we see you, respect you, and value the influence you have in her life. Our desire is not simply to invest in your wife as an individual, but to do so in a way that honors your marriage, strengthens your family, and includes you in the journey.

For that reason, we wanted to introduce ourselves, share the heart behind the Academy, and invite your support as your wife pursues this opportunity to grow in her knowledge of God and His Word. There is a peculiar thing about knowing God. The more a person sees of Him, the more they realize there is yet to see. What begins as curiosity becomes hunger. What begins as duty becomes delight. Throughout the history of the Church, faithful men and women have opened the Scriptures expecting to find words on a page and instead found themselves standing before the living God.

Your wife has expressed a desire to know Him more deeply. The Academy is an 18-month discipleship program designed to help women grow in their understanding of Scripture, theology, apologetics, biblical languages, and practical ministry. Yet our aim is not merely the transfer of information. Knowledge, by itself, has never transformed a soul. Our desire is to help women become faithful disciples of Jesus Christ who are rooted in Scripture, courageous in conviction, and devoted to Christ. We know that a commitment like this requires time, effort, and intentionality. There will be books to read, assignments to complete, difficult questions to wrestle through, and conversations that stretch and sharpen. Yet some investments yield returns that cannot be measured in dollars or hours. A deeper knowledge of God is one of them.

One of the greatest gifts a woman can receive during a season of growth is the encouragement of the people closest to her. We would be grateful if you would pray for her, encourage her when the work feels challenging, celebrate what she learns, and support her as she pursues a deeper understanding of God's Word. While the Academy is designed for your wife, our hope is that its fruit will never stop there. Truth has a way of overflowing. A woman who treasures Christ more deeply often becomes a blessing to everyone around her.
