Shipping Policy

• All items are shipped using USPS, and you can expect to receive a tracking number within 3 days from order time.

• We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the USPS. Please make sure to give the address of a secure location to avoid packages becoming lost or stolen. Please note that there could be delays due to weather, holidays, or delays with USPS that we cannot control.

• Once an item has shipped, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Multiple Item Orders with Pre-Sale Items Policy

• For orders with multiple pre-sale items, the entire order will not ship until ALL items are available to ship.

• PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received your order after 2 weeks of the order date, please email info@theboldmovement.com with your name & order # and we will look into your order promptly.

Limited Edition and Special Edition Items Policy

• These items are shipped using USPS, and you can expect to receive a tracking number within 3 days from order time.

• These items are available while supplies last. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

• LIMITED EDITION & SPECIAL EDITION SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Policy

• If you receive your purchase and it is damaged, you must contact us within 7 days. Please include your name & order # along with a photo of the damaged item. You can submit this information through email at info@theboldmovement.com. 

• Please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your damaged return once we receive it. Then, the postal mail time allotted for your package. If your item is a limited edition or special edition item, and it is sold out, you will receive a store credit in place of a new item.

Exchanges & Returns Policy

• Exchanges are only accepted for full-priced items. All sale items are FINAL SALE. We will accept returns for in-store credit. Our return policy period lasts 30 days. For us to accept a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged or refunded.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

• Within your return, please include a note with the following information:

• Your Name

• Your Order Number

• Reason for Return

• If you need to exchange sizes, please include the size you desire.

• Please keep your tracking information until we confirm it has been delivered. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your request once we receive your items. 

Lost or Stolen Packages Policy

• If your package has been lost or stolen, contact us. Please include what happened, your name, & order number. You can submit this information through email at info@theboldmovement.com. 

• Please allow us 7 to 10 business days to process your information and contact USPS. Then, the postal mail time allotted for your package. If your item is a limited edition or special edition item, and it is sold out, you will receive a store credit in place of a new item.
