Shipping Policy
All items are shipped using USPS, and you can expect to receive a tracking number within 3 days from order time.
We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the USPS. Please make sure to give the address of a secure location to avoid packages becoming lost or stolen. Please note that there could be delays due to weather, holidays, or delays with USPS that we cannot control.
Once an item has shipped, shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Multiple Item Orders with Pre-Sale Items Policy
For orders with multiple pre-sale items, the entire order will not ship until ALL items are available to ship.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received your order after 2 weeks of the order date, please email info@theboldmovement.com with your name & order # and we will look into your order promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Policy
If you receive your purchase and it is damaged, you must contact us within 7 days. Please include your name & order # along with a photo of the damaged item. You can submit this information through email at info@theboldmovement.com.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your damaged return once we receive it. Then, the postal mail time allotted for your package. If your item is a limited edition or special edition item, and it is sold out, you will receive a store credit in place of a new item.
Exchanges & Returns Policy
Exchanges are only accepted for full-priced items. All sale items are FINAL SALE. We will accept returns for in-store credit. Our return policy period lasts 30 days. For us to accept a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged or refunded.
